Opening Day 2013!

Let's go White Sox!

Saturday was opening day for Jack-man's first year of Little League.

Our League kicks off the season right....

With a Parade!

Jack was so excited he got to hold the sign.

They are SO cute!!

Jack was READY for his first game.

We really lucked out with Jack's Team.

Such a good group of boys.

Jack started as Pitcher..

Until he took a ball to the face.....
So scary!
and he was SO STRONG....he didn't want anyone to know he was hurt.
And then he dropped his head.
I wanted to run out to the mound....
but there's no Mom in Baseball...
So I let Coach take of the situation.

I LOVE Jack's Coach.  He is so energetic, so kind, so understanding.
Jack was back to new in no time.

And then he got a hit!

And Made it around the bases!

And got to play catcher.

Until he got a foot cramp...

(I have a feeling this is going to be a very loooooog season...)

But we made it around the bases again...
(Hey that third base Coach is a hottie! :)  )

Jack is the biggest kid on the team.

The first game the Kirby's were in charge of snack

I showed the other Mom's how it's done and brought Sinful Bliss.
;)


Who doesn't love a cup cake???

(that miracle tea better start working soon....)
